I meet with clients via Zoom in a private, confidential, and secure setting. We define clear goals and objectives, establish how and when they will be achieved, and determine the support required throughout your wellness journey. I commit to serving as your coach, non-clinical counselor, guide, and advocate in pursuit of lasting health and well-being.

Julianne McLaughlin is a certified holistic health practitioner with over 16 years in the health and wellness industry and over 25 years in the fitness industry.
Julianne has worked with individuals, corporations, and non-profits, helping to educate, inspire, and empower individuals toward better physical, emotional, and mental health.
Julianne has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and is working toward her Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health and Human Services at the University of Maine. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor, and Johnny G. Spin Instructor.
